Der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm, sagte:
"Iss und trink, kleide dich und gebe Sadaqah
ohne Übertreibung und ohne Arroganz."
Ibn 'Abbas sagte: "Iss, was du möchtest. Trage, was du möchtest,
so lange du fern von zweiem bleibst:
Übertreibung und Arroganz."
The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said,
"Eat and drink,
dress and give sadaqa
without extravagance and without arrogance."
Ibn 'Abbas said, "Eat what you like. Wear what you like
as long as that is
free of two:
extravagance or arrogance."
