Ich bin ein großer Fan von Strickkleidern. Sie sind bequem, leicht zu tragen - wenn sie lange Ärmel haben und lang genug sind, bleibt nur noch die Entscheidung, zu welcher Hose man sie tragen möchte, Kopftuch drauf und vielleicht ein paar Accessoires - fertig! Und, sofern die Farbe und Schnitt bürotauglich sind, können sie sowohl auf der Arbeit als auch als Teil eines eher legeren Outfits getragen werden.
I am a big fan of knitted dresses. They are comfortable, easy to wear - if they have long sleeves and are long enough, you just have to decide which trousers to wear them with, add a head scarf and peut-être some accessories - and you're good to go! And, provided colour and cut are work appropriate, they can be worn both at work and as part of a more casual outfit.

Ich habe mein graues Strickkleid vor ein paar Jahren bei Esprit im Sale gekauft (siehe hier und hier) und bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. (Ich würde allerdings empfehlen, Strickkleider generell mit der Hand zu waschen; ich habe meins einmal in der Maschine gewaschen und es ist geschrumpft). Esprit hat gerade ein paar ganz nette Strickkleider im Sale.
The end of winter is a good time to buy knitted dresses, now they're often on sale. I bought my grey knitted dress on sale at Esprit a couple of years ago (see here and here) and have been very happy with the quality (I would recommend to handwash them though, I washed mine in the machine once and it has shrunk). Esprit has some nice knitted dresses on sale now.
Das ist hier mein Lieblingsstück. Es ist auch in navy, schwarz und dunkelgrau erhältlich. 39 GBP ist zwar ein bisschen teuer, aber das kann man als Investment sehen. Das Kleid hier ist so einfach geschnitten, dass es zu einer ganzen Reihe an verschiedenen Anlässen passt. Und wenn die Qualität gut ist, kann es lange und oft getragen werden.
This one has to be my favourite. It is also available in navy, black and dark grey. At 39 GBP, it is a bit more pricey - consider it an investment. This one is so simple and plain that you can easily dress it up or down. And if the quality is decent, you're likely to get a lot wear out of it!

Hier ist noch eins - diesmal mit kurzen Ärmeln. Gäbe es auch noch in lila und grau (und mit 18 GBP ist es auch um einiges günstiger!)
Here is another one - with short sleeves, also available in purple and grey (and at 18 GBP also much cheaper!).
Und zu guter Letzt: dieses hier mit halblangen Ärmeln. Ich mag die taupe-gräuliche Farbe, der Preis ist auch ok (25 GBP), nicht so toll finde ich das Material (95% Polyamid und Polyester) und dass den Rollkragen (kann ich nicht leiden. überhaupt nicht).
And last: this half-sleeved one. I like the taupe-greyish colour a lot, the price is ok, too (25 GBP), not so great is the fabric (95% polyamid and polyester) and the fact that is has a turtle neck (don't like turtle necks. at all.)
